Take Annupuri Gondola and Jumbo #4 lift travel down and take the gate on skiers right.

From the top of Jumbo Pair #4, track along the boundary rope heading skier’s left, following the ridge until the gate comes into view.

Terrain- What kind of terrain is it, why is it a certain challenge level
Gate 8 drops into the upper Osawa Bowl through tighter tree spacing, making it better suited to confident, experienced riders. The vertical here is limited, so runs are shorter but more technical in nature.
The aspect provides good protection in variable weather, often preserving soft snow on wind-affected or sunny days. Careful line selection through the trees is key before the terrain opens out into the bowl below.
All routes feed into Osawa Bowl, with a natural runout that returns to the base of the Annupuri area.
